Results of the policy vote for updating the Level Two Trainer Pathway, SSSC election is happening!, working to improve the interview process
The voting for the Updated Level Two Pathway is open until June 15th
We’re thrilled to inform you that the proposed changes have been approved by 85% of voters (8% of the voters opposed it, and 7% expressed no opinion).
Thanks to everyone who participated. The Level 2 Pathway changes now apply to both current and new candidates. Whether you’re a Level 2 Candidate or Mentor, it’s crucial that you read and understand these updates. Access the complete new policy HERE. For any questions regarding your progress or Level 2 Trainer status, please contact your Regional Administrator.
Siri Singh Sahib Corporation election update
The elections for 8 new members of the board of Trustees of the Siri Singh Sahib Corporation (which is KRI’s parent company and can add or remove KRI’s board members) will be held July 17-31st, with several “town hall” style Zoom meetings to meet the candidates in the week of July 6-12th. All ATA lead and professional trainers (who were in those roles and licensed as of October 8th, 2022) will get a ballot to vote, as will those who successfully applied to be qualified voters. Working to improve the ATA interview process
We are beginning a process to improve our interview process. We’d love input from both interviews and interviewees about what worked and what didn’t for you. Please email Siri Sahib Singh your thoughts and suggestions! And if you’d like to join the Professional Development Committee’s discussions on this topic, you are more than welcome to.
