To receive your KRI Level 2 Certificate you must still fill in the L2 Certificate Request Form.
If for any reason you don’t have any of the five Letter of Completion we might need to confirm your certification with the Lead Trainer, in case that information is not in our database.
For this reason the Level Two Practitioners Form must be correctly filled so we can identify the program you attended.
