For the Level 1 Teacher Training Program you took please provide:
- Lead Trainer
- Dates of Start and End of the program (approximate is fine)
- Location: City and Country
- A copy of your Level 1 certificate
- For any Level 2 modules you took please provide the Letters of Completion emailed to you each time you successfully completed a module. Or provide a copy of your Level 2 certificate.
