MENTORING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Dear Professional and Lead trainers! We would like to take this opportunity to invite those that are not yet Mentors to join the Mentoring Development Program (MDP).

The Mentor-Mentee relationship is at the heart of the Aquarian Trainer Academy (ATA).  The MDP was established in 2021 to create a structure to inspire and support Lead and Professional Trainers in developing the skills, competencies and consciousness to mentor trainers through the ATA.

To better serve you, we are now going to have open enrollment each year from July through October.  This will allow us to create Mentoring support groups based on time zone and language.

You can find more information on the Trainer Support Website under Mentor and check out the: Mentoring Program Checklist. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your ATA Regional Admin or Dev Atma Kaur, the MDP Admin.

L1 TRAINER PATHWAY PRESENTATION

We are happy to share with all trainers the presentation we prepared, offering an overview of the Aquarian Trainer Academy Professional Development Pathway. This presentation was shared during the role-specific online meetings held in May, which created a valuable opportunity to clarify the pathway and answer questions from trainers.

We invite you to take a look at the L1 TRAINER PATHWAY presentation and explore the content.

Remember that in the follow up emails from role-specific meetings you also received this information in English and Spanish. If you have any questions or would like further clarification, please feel free to reach out to us.

THE L1 FINAL EXAM REVIEW EXPANDED

What began as a review of the Level 1 Exam questions has evolved into a broader revision of the assessment process itself. The KRI Curriculum Committee is exploring more varied and creative ways for students to demonstrate learning throughout the training, as well as  ways to create a more diverse, engaging, and integrated assessment process, beyond the relevance of the exam content. Quite the undertaking! It will therefore take a bit more time.

SHARED CONTENT LIBRARY FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

To help us showcase ATA trainings around the world, we have created a shared Google Drive folder where trainers can upload high-quality photos and short videos from their classes and Teacher Training Programs.

Please create a folder using the following format and UPLOAD to  ATA Pictures Worldwide

  • Create a folder named with the Trainer’s Name.
  • Inside that folder, create subfolders for each training using the following format:

Examples:

  • Level 1 Training – Estonia – Lead Trainer X
  • Level 2 Vitality & Stress – Mexico – Lead Trainer Y
  • Upload the corresponding photos and videos into the appropriate training folder
  • ADD your IG username so we can tag you when we post.

This will help us keep content organized and make it easier to feature trainings on Instagram and other KRI communication channels.
