Level Two Administration

KRI Level Two, “Transformation” is a five-module, 310-hour program that takes a minimum of two years to complete. Each Level Two module is 62-hours of instruction and meditation. It is advanced and intensive training in Kundalini Yoga. Students will cultivate the practice of self-assessment, clear subconscious blocks, and develop personal and spiritual maturity throughout the Level Two training program.

Here you will find all the information you need to plan your Level Two Program.

Start by downloading the checklist below, it will be very helpful for your organization. Your contract for a Level Two Program must be submitted in your Trainer Portal, at least 4 months prior to the start date of your program, ideally. The earlier, the better!
It is very important that the Lead Trainer are fully aware of all terms and conditions that you are legally agreeing to (See L2 TT Agreement below).

L2 Manuals

Each Level Two Program has a required textbook and a required student home study manual for the Program.

The materials for KRI Level Two Teacher Trainings are available in E-Book form and Hard Copy format. Trainers can order either formats through the Trainer Store.

Please note that if you need a print version of them, you should buy the Hard copy version. The E-Book version enables you to print a few pages, but not the whole book.

L2 Manuals International Distribution Policy: A new policy governing the distribution of L2 manuals in the English language as well as all other languages in which a translation is available was approved in October 2019. Its implementation for the L2 English manuals started by February 2020. You can read more about the discussion on Sutra that lead to the final form of the Policy and find the complete Policy in the documents listed below.

L2 DVD

Each Level Two Program has at least six (6) Yogi Bhajan videos that are now an optional part of the Program.

- If used, these videos must all be shown during the classroom portion of the Program, and each student must be provided with the means to re-watch them during the Home Study portion of the Program.
- The videos can be purchased directly from KRI or a KRI authorized distributor on DVD or USB drive.

The videos are also available to stream on the Library of Teachings website (in English only until translated versions become available), and a PDF is available for each Level Two module with links to all of the required videos.

The Library of Teachings website is free to use, but definitely has a cost to maintain! If students will be streaming, but you include the price of L2 video DVDs in your program fees, we would be very grateful if you could donate that amount to the Library of Teachings to help sustain free access. Thank you!

Keep in mind that 30 days after the commencement of your Level 2 program your royalty payment to KRI and the Student Contact information are due.

Please fill in the Royalty form with all required information and upload it in the Trainer Portal, at the Royalty section of your Program.

Royalties are Payable via PayPal: PayPal.Me/KRIpayments – make sure to write the information of Program Number and Lead Trainer in your PayPal Transaction.

L2 Student Contact List Template

After the completion of the three months study period the Lead Trainer needs to provide each student a PDF or printed copy of the Letter of completion and update the practitioners contact list in the Trainer Portal.

You will find the specific Exams and Letter of completions for each Level 2 module on the “Level Two Exams and Docs” Menu.

Using the format provided by KRI (L2 Student contact list template), Licensee must submit data for all participant and this list MUST be updated after the 90-day Home Study period to indicate students who have completed their requirements and submit the final list, as well as individually update the completion information for any late students as they qualify.

Six weeks after the last day of your program, the Student Certification Packets are due. Please organize the required documents for each student in a PDF Document and send by email as a ZIP File.

Important:

Please carefully fill in the information on your Student Contact List. The program details as well as each practitioner’s personal data must be correctly filled directly in the Trainer Portal or in the Template Spreadsheet. This is the guarantee that your L2 Student will be credited for the module attended with you and that KRI’s database stay accurate and consistent.

Make sure NOT to use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS while entering student data in the portal or filling the spreadsheet.
