    1. 1. Amrit’s opening remarks: The video recording didn’t work well, so please use this video recording in conjunction with this PowerPoint presentation.

    1. 2. There was an appeal for support for Sat Nam Kaur in Mexico as she is dealing with a serious health challenge.

    1. 3. There was a presentation and then discussion around KRI’s new trainings for trainers, that we are calling the Aquarian Development Series.

    1. 4. Deva Kaur presented an update about the re-write of Vitality and Stress, and then there was a lively discussion about how to improve Lifecycles and Lifestyles (including possibly changing the name!).
      1. 1. Watch the video of this segment here.
      2. 2. Read the notes from the discussion here.

    1. 5. Short reports were shared about the Level One manual rewrite, some overall news about KRI (beyond Teacher Training), 3HO and IKYTA, and the Office of Ethics and Professional Standards.

      2. 2. The sample pages of the new Aquarian Teacher Yoga Manual are here.

    1. 6. We are moving towards a new pathway to train and qualify mentors.
      1. 1. The internet connection was not good, so the video is not great quality. And it dropped midway through, so the video is in two parts. Part One of the video of this segment here. Part Two of this segment has audio but just a blank screen – sorry – but you can listen via the video here.
      2. 2. Read the notes from the discussion here.
      3. 3. The next steps are that the Professional Development Committee (PDC) will take this input into their work over the next few months, hopefully leading to a proposal to bring to the EU TTEC in January (and then the South American TTEC in February, and then back to the Global TTEC for finalization in April)

    1. 7. A proposal to give long-time teachers a pathway into the Academy was discussed (notes are here). Again, the next steps are that the Professional Development Committee (PDC) will take this input into their work over the next few months, hopefully leading to a proposal to bring to the EU TTEC in January (and then the South American TTEC in February, and then back to the Global TTEC for finalization in April).

    1. 8. A proposal to allow Level One Professional Trainers to run their own 21 Stages courses, and to allow Level One Associate Trainers to co-teach in a 21 Stages course was discussed (notes are here). Again, the next steps are that the Professional Development Committee (PDC) will take this input into their work over the next few months, hopefully leading to a proposal to bring to the EU TTEC in January (and then the South American TTEC in February, and then back to the Global TTEC for finalization in April).

    1. 9. The rough outlines of changes we may need to make to remain a Registered School with Yoga Alliance were discussed (note are here). Next steps are:
      1. 1. Amrit to research requirements for the other global Yoga Alliances
      2. 2. Assemble a group to look at improvements to our Level One curriculum from the perspective of what we want to see, rather than what Yoga Alliance wants us to have
      3. 3. Amrit to continue to educate Yoga Alliance about our systems, and push and negotiate for them to accept us as we are.

  1. 10. The meetings concluded with a very open, free-ranging discussion about trainer development, and what gaps people were seeing and experiencing that should eventually be addressed by KRI. Read those notes here.
